Hand-forged in South London, Blenheim Forge ’s chefs’ knives have big-name fans, including Gordon Ramsay and Francis Mallmann. Blenheim founders James Ross-Harris and Jon Warshawsky learned the art of knifemaking at a handmade garden forge and today fuse classic Japanese design with modern metallurgy and production techniques.
